I have been attending Pilates classes at Back to Basics for 7 years. I cannot recommend this studio enough. They have the knowledge and passion to keep you hooked and a very strong focus on seeing to each clients specific need. I am forever grateful for the pre and post spinal fusion guidance, love and support. Pilates at Back to Basics has enabled me to build my core strength and protect my spine while also challenging me. I had heard about Pilates and really wanted to give it a try. I joined Back to Basics and have never looked back. Right from the beginning the team were so friendly and encouraging. Slowly as the weeks go by you get stronger and look forward to your next Pilates class. I love everything about my weekly pilates class and would highly recommend it to anyone
I absolutely love my pilates classes. I started with Back to Basics in 2013. It has been a wonderful 8 years of training and the studio and the various instructors who have taught me have been awesome! Always a pleasant, positive attitude in the studio! I hate missing a class! ….. But sometimes it does happen. I really enjoy my hour with our instructor Megan! Love you al xx
