Yoga has the ability to build strength, release tension, and create more flexibility in the entire body.
The benefits of yoga can be experienced on many levels. On the physical level, you will gain strength, flexibility, coordination, and notice an increase in stamina and endurance as your body heals and becomes more balanced.

Classes are open to everybody, all sizes, all fitness levels!
As a beginner, we advise you to pace yourself and listen to your body. Remember that yoga is not a competition.
The main goal is to improve and maintain your own physical and mental vitality, not to wrap your legs behind your head (although this may occur eventually!).
